And before I get started, I wanted to point something out to you that I didn't know that you realize we both have kids that go to the same middle school, and I'm wondering if they happen to know each other. I mean, I'm going to check with my son when I talk with him, when he, I get home from work today and see if in fact he knows your daughter, or it could be like you have a commonality in the same favorite sports team. So, hey, Terry, one of the things that I wanted to mention is that I did a little homework on you. I hope you don't mind, and I saw that you're a big Dodger fan. So am I, man, it was disappointing last year, what happened in the playoffs. I sure hope that as we enter into spring training now that they're going to have a good team this year and to go to very many games.

Terry, let's talk business now for a second. I know your time is valuable to you. We're looking forward to exceeding your expectations. And one of the things that I realize it's critically important that my team and I take very seriously is that we are a direct reflection on you and your relationship with your seller. I mean, if our communication isn't top-notch, if we're not staying on top of the process, you're feeling in the dark, you're stressed out, or you have anxiety over not
hearing from us and anything goes wrong, I know that that's going to be a poor reflection on you.
And I know that you work off of referrals. So I just want to assure you that we're going to be very proactive in keeping you status throughout the loan, making sure that you're abreast of everything that's going on. And I also want to make sure you're comfortable picking up the phone and calling me at any point in time if you have any questions about how things are going, I would expect you probably won't need to do that because my team's great at being proactive and getting to you before you can even think of contacting us. But feel free at any time, and I want to give you my phone number here right now, give them your cell phone number or whatever the case may be, if you want to give that out.

So, Terry, over the next 45 days, our objective is really simple. We want to exceed your expectations and provide you with better service than you've ever had from a lender before. And when we get closer to the end of the transaction and you've had that experience, I'm going to give you a call and I'm going to check in with you to see how we're doing, and then I want to set up a time for us to go have a cup of coffee and get to know each other a little bit more. Would that be okay with you if I did that?
